Sullivan Palatek's CDF Series (compressor, dryer, filters)

This compact series of rotary screw air compressors are designed to run 100 % duty cycle and have a 2 year air-end warranty. The package comes complete with starter, air cooled oil cooler/aftercooler and protective devices for high temperature and low oil shut down. Mounted air dryer and filter to eliminate moisture and contaminates.

These units are great for any Auto Body or Machine Shop.

Standard Features

COMPRESSOR:  oil flooded rotary screw, continuous duty, industrial air compressor.

ELECTRIC MOTOR:  208/230/460/575 volt 3-phase, open drip proof motor. Single phase 230 volt 5 & 7.5 HP also available.

MOTOR STARTER:  Full voltage magnetic starter with 110 volt control.

CONTROLS:  constant speed and modulation control. 

INSTRUMENTATION:  Line pressure gauge, oil temperature, hour meter.

COOLING SYSTEM:  Air cooled oil cooler/aftercooler with Palyasyn 45 (4000 hour) lubricant. Spin-on type lube filter and separator for easy maintenance.

AIR FILTER:  Dry type, replaceable.

AIR DRYER:  PRD 15, 25, 35 or 50 cfm dryer for moisture removal. 115 volt power.

AIRLINE FILTER:  Mounted for the removal of contaminates.

AIR RECEIVER:  120 gallon with auto-drain, relief valve and pressure gauge.
