This series of compressors will provide low maintenance, high performance and the most reliable air-end in the industy. This design features oversized radial thrust bearings and precision working rotary screws the provide virtually no wear, less friction and less heat. This means the compressor will run cooler and the circulating coolant lasts longer.
One piece lube fill elbow and level sight glass. Vented cap for pressure release when removing.

Element is an oversized dry type filter and is easily replaced.

Coupling & Drive
Compressor is flange mounted to motor C-face for positive alignment and direct driven. The coupling carries a 5 year warranty and the insert carries a 1 year warranty.

208/230/460 volt (15-25 hp) 230/460 volt (30-400 hp) Nema T-frame, C-face, open drip proof squirrel cage induction type motor.
Full voltage motor starter with 110 volt controls. Nema 1 enclosure with solid state circuit breaker protection and three phase overload with external reset.
Class 20 overload relay, temperature and over pressure shut-down switches. Anti-restart switch to prevent compressure from starting while air compressor is pressurized.
Line pressure gauge, discharge pressure gauge, hour meter, temperature gauge, lube filter and air filter pressure differential gauges.
Full modulation, solenoid controlled for smooth lowest possible no-load power. Automatic statr/stop or constant speed. Timed dual control.
