Leaders in cost effective compressed air solutions.

Why is compressed air filtration required?

In one cubic foot of atmospheric air there are millions of particles that are potentially harmful to your machines and equipment. These particles are made up of dust, bacteria, viruses, smoke, fumes, hydrocarbons, water, oil and other contaminates derived from human and industrial activities. 80% of these contaminates are so small they will pass through the air filter on your air compressor. When compressed to 100 psi, these contaminates increase eight fold and easily find there way into your process lines and adversely affect the quality of your product.

Advanced housings feature a bi-directional aluminum differential pressure gauge standard on housings 3/4" to 3" NPT connections. The housings have a powder coated interior and exterior and automatic float drain with manual override.

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Push-on element makes element replacement easy.
  • Piston type element to housing seal keeps unfiltered air from by-passing elements.
  • Corrosion resistant cores:
    • Stainless steel for added structural integrity
    • Low resistant to flow
    • Seam welded for extra strength
  • New "matrix blended fiber” media high efficiencies.
    • Large, effective surface area improves capture rate ensures high efficiencies.
    • Large open area minimizes pressure drop.
  • Coated, closed cell foam sleeve;
    • Resists chemical attack from oils and acids.
    • Ensures high efficiencies by preventing re-entrainment of coalesced liquids.
  • Chemically resistant end caps bound to media with specially formulated adhesive.
  • Silicone free.
  • Withstands temperatures to 150° F (66°C)
