Each refrigerated air dryer is manufactured to the highest quality standard. To express this standard and to distinguish these air dryers from the competition, all Sullivan/Palatek refrigerated air dryer come with a standard 5 year warranty! These air dryers also provide some of the lowest pressure drops, 2.9 to 3.8 psi, compaired to other competetive dryers which can be as high as 6.5 psi. Each psi increase in pressure drop raises the required compressor horse power by 0.5%. In this case, a 100hp compressor would need 3.25% additioal horse power to overcome the 6.5 psi pressure drop, @ $.06/kW this would cost you an additional $1,100.00 a year. With a low operating cost and the 5 year warranty, Sullivan/Palatek makes CENTS! |

SPTX Thermal exchange cycling dryers
1. Adjustable temperature control allows the user to adjust the temperature of the Trans-Temp Energy Cell affecting the dryer dew point. Increasing the dew-point in applications that do not require optimum dew-point suppression will further increase energy savings.
2. The Trans Temp Energy Cell integrates non-hazardous, completely biodegradable fluids with nano particle technology. This combination attains an ideal balance of thermal storage and thermal conductivity.
3. Refrigeration system with liquid isolation system isolates liquid that has condensed and accumulated from the cold mass of the energy cell. This prevents the liquid from returning to the compressor which can cause premature failure of the compressor.
4. Rebates may be available from your energy provider. Contact Timothy Nevins in our Sales Department to find out how you can take advantage of these great rebate offers. |
