Air Service of NH Inc is proud to introduce our own line of Synthetic Air Compressor Lubricants. We can cross any make for your application. Below is just a sample of our most popular lubricants with thier cross reference. If you're not sure what you are using in your rotary screw air compressor, use our AS-SSC rotary coolant, it will blend with any OEM fluid and it will not void any warranties! If you don't see what you need, call us. (800) 698-0069
AS-SSC Rotary Coolant (8000 hr @ 240 f)
Air Service of NH Inc AS-SSC has been formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressor coolants - thermal degradation and deposit formation. The polyglycol/ester blend has proven itself superior in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation. AS-SSC is the alternative to varnish, sludge and the frequent lubricant changes associated with hydrocarbon oils.
THIS LUBRICANT IS ENGINEERED TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OEM ROTARY COOLANT. NO CROSS REFERENCE NEEDED!
We offer this coolant in gallons and 6 gallon cases. Call us for 55 gallon drum pricing.
AS-D Series Synthetic Lubricants
AS-D32L is recommended for use in the following applications: Centrifugal Compressors - Certain rotary screw & vane compressors - Low temperature lubrication - High temperature lubrication - General lubrication for applications requiring an ISO 32 lubricant.
AS-D46L, AS-D68L are recommended for use in the following applications: Rotary screw and vane compressors - Ball and roller bearings - Low temperature lubricatio - High temperature lubrication - Mist lubrication systems - General lubrication for applications requiring an ISO 46 or ISO 68 lubricant
AS-D100L is recommended for use in the following applications: Reciprocating compressors - Rotary vane compressors - Ball and roller bearings - Low temperature lubrication - High temperature lubrication - General lubrication for applications requiring an ISO 100 lubricant
AS-D125L, AS-D150L are recommended for the following applications: Reciprocating compressors - Rotary vane compressors - Ball and roller bearings - Low temperature lubrication - High temperature lubrication - General lubrication for applications requiring an ISO 150 lubricant.
We offer this lubricant gallons and 6 gallon cases. Please call us for 55 gallon drum pricing.
AS-T Series Lubricants
The Air Service of NH Inc AS-T Series is formulated from highly refined hydrocracked base stocks and the unique additive SYNTHOLATE. The addition of SYNTHOLATE inhibits the formation of varnish and carbon and provides superior thermal and oxidative stability. Utilizing the superior petroleum base stocks fortified with SYNTHOLATE extends the life of the AS-T Series compared to that of conventional mineral oils.
We offer this lubricant in gallons and 6 gallon cases. Pleas call for 55 gallon drum pricing.
AS-F Series Food Grade Lubricant
Our AS-F Series lubricants are specially designed for rotary
screw, vane and reciprocating compressors being used in the food service industry. These fully synthetic lubricants are NSF Certified and meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidential food contact). AS-F Series lubricants are Kosher approved. Our AS-F Series lubricants are formulated from the highest quality synthesized hydrocarbon fluids available. The special additive system is blended with the synthetic base-fluid to provide extended lubricant life and to protect against wear, rust and corrosion. We offer this lubricant in Gallons and 5 Gallon pails.
AS-F100Gis designed for use in rotary screw compressors and applications requiring an ISO-32 lubricant.
AS-F200G is designed for use in rotary screw compressors and other applications requiring an ISO-46 lubricant.
AS-F300Gis designed for use in reciprocating compressors and other applications requiring an ISO-100 lubricant.
AS-F500Gis designed for general lubrication and reciprocating compressors requiring an ISO-150 lubricant.
Air Service of NH Inc Oil Analysis Program is designed to give a complete view of the physical and chemical characteristics of the lubricant to determine any significant lubricant deterioration as well as detect any machinery problems before they become serious and expensive to repair. These benefits can only be realized through proper evaluation and interpretation of analysis results. All the test results must be considered, along with the user's knowledge of his compressor's performance history, to correctly diagnose the condition of a given oil sample.
Our oil analysis program includes the analysis of 22 metals, two viscosities, water and total acid number (TAN) and a gas dilution analysis where only viscosity is run in order to check for dilution by the gas stream.
Test kits are $28.00 and available upon request. Customers in our AS5 service program will receive this service free of charge.
