The Sullivan-Palatek is one of the only compressor manufacturers who designs and manufacturers their own air ends.
Although most compressor companies are saying that their compressors are "made" in America... most are "assembled" in America and actually utilizie an air-end (the compressor mechanism) manufactured in Italy, Finland, Germany, or China.
The Palatek air end is not only one of the most efficient, it is also one of the most durable as well. The oversize bearings in the air end are designed for exceptional life. They are capable of handling the loads that would be generated by a 60 hp machine running at 175 psi, but only applied to a 50 hp, 125 psi machine in this case.
Palatek also offers a complete line of Industrial filter and refrigerated air dryer as well as desiccant air dryers.

For 15 years, Sullivan/Palatek has had the 5-year air-end, motor, and coupling no-hassle-warranty. Palatek is proud to introduce the Superior Platinum Warranty that will not only cover the air end, motor, and coupling... but also include the air/oil cooler and the separator reservoir!
This warranty is available on all 2007 and newer rotary compressors. To activate the Superior Platinum Warranty all you have to do is:
1. Return the grey superior platinum warranty registration/start-up card (these cards must be completely filled out and must have the customers signature). 2. Service the machine as stated in the operator's manual. 3. Use genuine Sullivan/Palatek parts and fluids.
